Preliminary delivery date will be shown on your order confirmation. If shipments are delayed by any reason you will receive information by e-mail. PAUG can not be held liable for any costs or damages related to a delivery delay. All orders are shipped DDU (delivery Duty Unpaid) which means that the buyer is responsible for paying VAT, duties or any taxes for import to countries outside the European Union.
All shipping charges are flat rate which means you pay the same freight charge regardless of how many products ordered.
Delivery times, can be variable depending on how the product is ordered, is it Custom made products it can be an delivery time up to 3 weeks. All orders will be confirmed by mail with an delivery date.
5-10 weekdays Goods must be collected within two weeks of notification after which the goods will automatically be sent back to PAUG. For uncollected goods PAUG will charge 30 EUR to cover shipping and administration costs.
Please note that goods which shall be return still need to be collected to avoid extra charges.
All orders are handled by the Swedish Postal Service. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
PAUG accept card payments by the most common credit cards.
Credit card payments are made through our Paypal account.
Pre-Order Terms
If you pay by credit card it will be charged instantly and the product will ship directly when it's in stock or custom made ready
For acceptance of your return the product must be unused and in perfect condition including the original packaging and a copy of the receipt.
Custom made orders can not be returned, because that is an Made For You product.
Cost of double orders such as the rings of different sizes, to test fit on the customer.
Will result in cost which the customer have to pay return shipping and the cost of Paug.
The buyer pays for any shipping charges related to a return to PAUG in Sweden.
Return adress will be informed in discription of mail.
Refunds will be made within 14 days from reception of product and will be transferred to the original buyer’s credit card.
Paid shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
Prices in SEK and EUR includes Swedish 25% VAT.
Purchases and deliveries outside of EU will be shipped Tax Free which means that the buyer is responsible for paying any local taxes/VAT.
Payment total is the amount that will be withdrawn at the time of purchase.

PAUG Warranty
PAUG guarantees for manufacturing such as material defect, wrong product delivered, in order to return the goods as the product must be intact and complete with packaging.
Products that are used can not be returned. Warranties do not cover repetitive strain injury, or abnormal operation of the product. Proof of purchase must clearly state the date of purchase, and name of the product.
